The heart of Solat’s PDO Grana Padano production consists in the tight connection with our territory, the Po Valley with its land crossed by many rivers and rich in taste and substances.
As required by the Production Guideline for PDO Grana Padano cheese, our cheese wheels are produced exclusively with raw cow milk provided from our specific district situated in the provinces of Brescia and Cremona.
Zero-kilometer fresh milk collected every morning is provided by selected milk farms. We pay special care to all of them through a direct relationship, checking animal walfare and correct feeding granting high quality standards for milk, which is the first and fundamental ingredient transformed with passion to create a perfect PDO Grana Padano cheese.
